A little about me

I'm Martin, and I've been pastoring for over 15 years. I've been a youth pastor, an associate pastor and a campus pastor, and in 2023 my wife Nicole and I planted Together Church in Auckland, where I'm now the lead pastor. I remember well what it's like to sit in that space before you plant, full of vision and questions, and then to find yourself a few months in wondering how it all holds together. Planting is exciting, but it can also be lonely and a bit overwhelming, and I don't think anyone should have to work it out on their own. I love helping planters get the foundations right: building a team, developing leaders, setting up healthy systems, and making sure people who walk in the door actually feel like they belong. I'd love to walk alongside you, share what we've learned (including the things we'd do differently), and help you take your next step with more clarity and confidence.
